Payment and Fees

• All fees for the Program must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services.
• Additional services outside the scope of the agreed-upon Program will incur additional fees, which must be agreed upon before the services are rendered.

Refunds: The Program fee is non-refundable except under the circumstances stated in the “Cancellation and Refund Policy” section below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The Client may cancel their participation in the Program 3 days prior to commencement of the program, therefore get a full reimbursement.
• Cancellations made after the stated period above will not be eligible for a refund.
• The Coach reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time. In such cases, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on services rendered.

Confidentiality: All information shared between the Coach and the Client during the Program is strictly confidential. This includes financial details, personal information, and any other sensitive data. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information to third parties unless required by law or with the Client’s express written permission.
